The above measures are all based on the advice given by NHS England. They allow us to use the resources we have available in a way that patients that must be seen are still seen by a clinician.
We fully appreciate that this new model of care may cause frustrations. We are still very much in a Pandemic situation and must ensure our staff and patients are kept as safe as possible.
What are the rules?
Do not arrive excessively early for your appointment.
Come alone unless absolutely necessary.
Hand sanitising stations are available through the practice as well as on entry to the surgery.
Chairs are distanced to keep you away from other patients and staff whilst waiting.
You must wear a face mask / face covering to protect our staff and other patients. The requirement to wear a face covering does not apply to:
a child under the age of 11
if you have a physical or mental illness or impairment, or a disability that means you cannot put on, wear or remove a face covering
if putting on, wearing or removing a face covering would cause you severe distress
if you are travelling with, or providing assistance to, someone who relies on lip reading to communicate
